1. Who We Are
DESSK is a business management platform operated by Yukio Shibayama (sole proprietor), doing business as Integrado. Our platform helps service businesses manage client relationships, appointments, communications, and billing.

2. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Business data: information about your business, team members, and clients that you enter into the platform.
- Communications: WhatsApp messages and Gmail emails that you connect to the platform for inbox management. We store these to display them in your inbox and to power AI-assisted features.
- Calendar events: appointments and meetings synced through your connected Google Calendar.
- Google Ads performance data: when you connect a Google Ads account to DESSK, we read campaign metrics, keywords, search terms, device and geo breakdowns, and account structure to generate reports for you. We never share, sell, or transfer this data to any third party, and we use it solely to serve the same advertiser whose account it came from, in accordance with the Google Ads API Terms of Service.
- Payment information: billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, used to maintain and improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the DESSK platform.
- To power AI-assisted features (client summaries, response suggestions).
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (invoices, account notices).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
DESSK integrates with the following third-party services to provide its features. Each is governed by its own privacy policy:
- Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages on your behalf.
- Google (Gmail & Google Calendar) — for reading emails and syncing calendar events when you authorize the integration.
- Google Ads API — for reading the performance metrics of your advertising campaigns when you authorize the integration. Data accessed via the Google Ads API is used only to provide reports and recommendations to you, the same advertiser, and is never resold, redistributed, or used to build derivative datasets across advertisers.
- Zoom — for scheduling and managing video appointments.
- Stripe — for payment processing and subscription billing.
- Supabase — our database and authentication infrastructure, hosted on AWS.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — for AI-powered features such as client summaries and inbox assistance.
- Resend — for sending transactional emails.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (e.g., billing records).
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on the database, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email privacy@dessk.app. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
DESSK uses essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
