Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request that DESSK delete the personal data we hold about you, including any data collected through connected services such as WhatsApp, Google, or Zoom.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to:

privacy@dessk.app

Include the following in your request:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your DESSK account
  • A brief description of what data you want deleted

What Happens Next

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
  • We will complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.
  • We will notify you by email once your data has been deleted.
  • Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance). We will inform you if this applies to your request.

Data Collected Through WhatsApp

If you connected your WhatsApp Business account to DESSK, the messages and contact data stored in our platform will be included in the deletion. We do not retain WhatsApp data on Meta's servers — only on our own database. Deletion of your DESSK account removes all associated WhatsApp conversation history from our systems.
